Make remove all bridges dialog use a destructive red button

@donuts prior to #41085 (closed) the "Remove all bridges" warning dialog had a destructive red button, that is now blue. After #44040 (closed) it would be pretty easy to make it destructive red again.

Should I do that?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
