Change Description

Changed the code to fix the issue described in #42542 (closed). Also took it as an opportunity to tidy up this component to follow our more recent conventions.

The changes are split into separate commits, with different explanations in the commit messages.

How Tested

Started two separate onion services (using onionshare-cli). Open three tabs: 2 onion service tabs, and some non onion service tab. Switching between the onion service tabs should clear the input and reset the checkbox. Switching to the non onion service tab and back will not clear the prompt. Cancelling in one tab will not cancel the other, and submitting in one tab will not submit the other.
