Change Description

Updated the script in tor-browser-spec!46 to now output a CSV for importing into Google sheets. Example output (some minimal manual tweaking+formatting was required):

This new script should take into account the feedback from the previous MR. Checkboxes have been added, and like before 'New Issue' will open up a create issue page on gitlab with the title and description pre-populated with relevant text, labels, and issue linkage. Unlike before, this script also checks git for bugzilla issues NOT in our query and performs a union on these two sets before outputting the CSV rows. Also I've included a few filters suggested by @thorin to minimise rows we know we definitely do not care about (assert fixes, tests, crash fixes, etc).

How Tested

Lots of manual testing along the way, and the script should error out early and often in the event of failure. Running through all of the RR versions now which we have tags for. @pierov please upload tags for 127 and 128 once/if they are available 😄 EDIT: I see we do have 127 and 128 tags, just a slightly different format becuase beta tags.
