Change Description

Drop the "badged" attribute. Also adjust the popup to use the icon as the anchor since the badgeStack element no longer exists.

How Tested

Opened the security level popup, should be anchored to the toolbar button.

Shrink the window width until the security level button is in the overflow menu. Clicking the item should anchor the popup to the overflow menu button instead.

Custom security level still shows the yellow dot.
