Change Description

For some reason, we've never explicitly disabled address and credit card autofilling.

I think we can do it for defense-in-depth, even though I think that the global form filling should be enough.

How Tested

Defense-in-depth, it was already not shown, so I don't know how check it.

FWIW, the pref is mentioned also in modules/libpref/init/all.js.
