Change Description

Removed the new FireFox animated splash screen in favor of our static splash screen. Also changed the splash screen to just use the foreground rather than the launcher icon (which has a background) because I think Screen_Recording_2024-08-15_at_16.20.34

How Tested

Run the app and make sure the splash screen looks good in various window sizes, api levels, and release versions. An issue was found with my Pixel 2 API 25 emulator but it shouldn't affect users not using debug builds (Strict mode violation)
