Change Description

It tries to be more specific with drop and paste events to be filtered.

How Tested

Compiled and checked on https://people.torproject.org/~ma1/test/filefilter/ that only the intended drop and paste events are filtered out as far as we know, and in particular that the content of cells from LibreOffice calc can be pasted.

Cooking also testbuild for reporters of #43059 (closed) to check whether that one is (hopefully) a duplicate of this.
