Change Description

Currently, we pass gBrowser to all the calls of TorDomainIsolator.newCircuitForBrowser.

I don't remember if the reason is that this was always this way, or if I did to avoid having to repeat gBrowser.selectedBrowser at every call.

However, we need to do it now because we don't have gBrowser on Android, we have the directly the browser.

How Tested

I tried to request a new circuit in various ways, but:

• I couldn't add a new button to the toolbar, because I trigger a panic! in Fluent in my debug build
• I didn't test the crypto safety, as it's known broken (!)
• I didn't test Android, as we don't have something consuming this message, but we might have one in the future
