Change Description

This pref Mozilla added to Firefox 120 replaces a patch we used to have and I dropped during the rebase.

How Tested

I checked this pref in 14.0a2 on Windows without creating an actual build.

I used Nirsoft's Clipboardc, which saves the clipboard content on temporary files, and checked the diff between files with WinMerge.

With the pref set to true, we indeed have the URL, with it set to false, we don't.

These prefs affect only Windows, but I think the URL is set only there (I don't know how to check though, xsel seems helpful mostly with text data, not with binary data).
