  • NOTE: if your changeset includes patches to both base-browser and tor-browser please clearly label in the change description which commits should be cherry-picked to base-browser after merging

Change Description

Reverted our XSLT fix for timezones and backported upstream's fix (1891690, 9429216cdb52cdbb78dcc27a24adf6199fa8be5d).

Then applied also the fix to reduce the precision to seconds (1912129, f7e144d822a78767819ef1ad65e017a6b475bcf0)
