Change Description

The new CI works for mullvad browser. The only issue is that the comments for unused strings still used "Tor Browser" rather than "Mullvad Browser". This changes the script to work for both browsers.

This should finally resolve mullvad-browser#324 (closed). Anything else should get a new issue.

How Tested

Ran the script locally to print the new comment.
