Change Description

Added first two points of linked issue, namely:

The terminus of the progress bar (i.e. the colorful portion) should be fully rounded on its right-most end.

The track behind the progress bar should be a flat purple color.

Working on the third point separately (The progress bar should appear in motion even when bootstrapping is static, by rotating the gradient, as is done on desktop.), since it seems more difficult and will likely involve replacing this old way with xml with a new compose loading bar.

How Tested

Bootstrap and notice the right end is now rounded and the track behind the progress bar is now a different color, matching the designs.
