Change Description

1. Split out the urlQuickLoad and bootstrapProgress features into their own viewmodels.
2. Further removed use of torController where possible.
3. Moved around viewmodel function calls.
4. Reworked viewmodel implementations. Removed Log.d() calls.

Ensure all features touched work the same, there should be no functional difference to the app with this MR.
