Change Description

This MR disables the email link option in Tor Browser. This prevents links from being shared easily with third-party apps such as Thunderbird and Outlook.

How Tested

1. Build TBB with this change.
2. Run Tor Browser.
3. Open the File or Customize Toolbar menus. You should not see any mention of emailing links.
