Change Description

Just adds some tests to tbbutils.py, why not.

I included e8fe967d, but I will drop it before merge as it's actually part of !1649 (merged). I just put it here so that the CI will run the new tests :D

How Tested

Ran the tests locally, but also if the CI here passes we should be good.
