Change Description

Disables the a message suffix that is now being added when sharing links to WhatsApp, yes specifically to WhatsApp.

See #43677 (comment 3264744) for a screenshot of a message.

I was really confused why the setting option wasn't showing, but turns out when rebasing 137 we accidentally disabled the setting for this already. The disabling was in the wrong commit though, so I have removed it from the it and added it to the right one.

How Tested

Checked that the message is there before the change and not there anymore after the change.
