Change Description

Replace detailsURL with unsupportedURL from the update manifest, when the update is detected as not supported.

How Tested

Test build: https://tb-build-03.torproject.org/~pierov/tor-browser-windows-x86_64-portable-tb-44668.exe.

It was built to check updates here: https://tb-build-03.torproject.org/~pierov/tb-44668/release/WINNT_x86_64-gcc3-x64/update-15.0.6-windows-x86_64.xml

On Windows 7, it says unsupported, and redirects to this MR, on Windows 10 it updates to 15.0.6.
