Bug 40966: Render emojis in bridgemoji with SVG files, and added emoji descriptions.

Twemoji Mozilla isn't rendered on macOS.

So, the easy solution to this problem is using SVG files (after all, Tewmoji Mozilla is a font made with Twitter's Twemoji SVGs).

This commit adds also a title with the emoji description.

Marked as draft until we have the definitive okay for the emoji list.
