Bug 41569&41570: Decluttering of TorProcess.jsm.

Fixes #41569 (closed): Launch directly the real tor also on macOS, rather than the shim script (we need to stop renaming tor to tor.real on tor-browser-build, though: tor-browser-build!620 (merged)).

Fixes #41570 (closed): Do not customize environment variables for tor anymore.

Tested on Intel macOS and on x86_64 Windows 10.
