Change Description

We're changing back our DOM element measurements from subpixel float to integer sizes, now that we don't need that precision anymore because we set the browser size directly and auto-center it rather than shrinking and centering it through calculated margins.

This fixes #41573 (closed) and should not have side effects on the letterboxing effectiveness / reliability (but I'd like @thorin to hammer it on for good).
