Change Description
Based off the base-browser !571 (merged) MR, only difference in diff of diffs is a slight wiggle where we are including browser-colors.css that is expected since it's being inserted earlier in the patch-set before we include other tor-browser specific css files. Squashed/rebased up to the previous tor-browser build2 tag and cherry-picked the remainder per the new rebase guide.
