Change Description

Rebased to 102.11.0esr.

Got a small conflict on the cert pinning patch (Firefox has removed Twitter pinning).

Diff of diffs has a couple of differences (spaces in toolkit/profile/nsProfileLock.cpp) because I've replaced our commit with the uplifted version that has been clang-format'ted.
