Change Description

We remove the old torBootstrapUrlbar.js component and replace it with:

• a url bar "Connect" button to be shown outside of "about:torconnect", which triggers bootstrapping.
• a toolbar button that shows the connection status, and opens "about:torconnect" without bootstrapping when clicked.

We do some general tidy up related to these components as well.
