  • NOTE: if your changeset includes patches to both base-browser and tor-browser please clearly label in the change description which commits should be cherry-picked to base-browser after merging

Change Description

It's finally time to lock RFP!

Doing it only in release makes sense enough, I must say that very rarely disable it in alpha when checking if the differences with Firefox are due to it.

So, I listened to @thorin and @fabrizio and made it release-only.
