Change Description

Fixed a couple of problems I found in the last rebase:

  • the tag might not exist from the stable; also, I added the procedure I use to find it
  • we lost the step to set the new branch as the default one.

Then, I also changed UXBug.md since I was there, but honestly I don't think it does even make sense to keep Gaba's commit. We should remove it (it's also for BB) and we should move the actual issue template with the other templates.
