Change Description

Split into a few commits, so you may want to review them individually.

We want to shorten the ".onion" addresses for the authorization prompt, just like we do for the circuit display.

Also took this opportunity to shorten the ".onion" addresses in the site identity panel (for the onion-padlock button) to be consistent with the circuit display.

Also did a small tidy of authPrompt.js whilst I was there.
