Change Description
Disables builing pbproxy (private_browsing.exe) on Windows, which would include the remaining outstanding assets as noted in #41798 (closed). We want the fix in base-browser
so I pushed a fixup! to the shared Firefox preferences commit. Not sure there is a better place, or if we should create a separate commit for this.
EDIT: once merged we need a similar fixup to the MB branding commit removing the relevant privacy_browsing.exe branding assets
How Tested
Not tested, would need to spin up a testbuild on a build-server tomorrow
