Change Description

Implement the new design for adding or replacing bridges, ready for Lox.

How Tested

Open "about:preferences#connection". Verify that the heading changes from "Add bridges" to "Replace your bridges" when the user doesn't or does have existing bridges.

When pressing "Add new bridges...", the dialog should show "Add new bridges" as the title.

When pressing "Replace bridges...", the dialog should show "Replace your bridges" as the title.

When pressing "Edit bridges" in the options menu for user provided bridges, the dialog title should show "Edit your bridges".
