Change Description

Add a basic dialog for creating new Lox invites and accesses historic invites.

It includes:

• a brief description of how "bridge pass" invites work,
• a label showing how many invites remain,
• a button for creating a new invite,
• an area for showing a "Connecting..." message, or an error,
• a list of existing invites. You can use the context menu to copy an invite to clipboard.

How Tested

I don't have a Lox credential with any invites, so I could not test with the real thing, but I included a fake Lox module within the dialog as well. You can set remainingInvites to change the number of remaining invites, and you can set failError to make the fake invite generation fail.
