Migrate to Qt6

btdmaster requested to merge btdmaster/torbrowser-launcher:migrate_to_qt6 into main

Adapted from https://github.com/torproject/torbrowser-launcher/pull/720.

This PR migrates the project to PySide6.

I have tested it on Arch Linux. It looks like Fedora includes PySide6 now, and next Ubuntu LTS and Debian LTS will include it too.

I cannot test on other distributions, but I have read through their package lists.
