Use a proper rDNS ID in AppStream metainfo

asciiwolf requested to merge AsciiWolf-metainfo-fix into main

Use a rDNS ID instead of a desktop name in the AppStream metainfo file (+ use a .metainfo.xml suffix for the file). Using rDNS IDs is strongly advised and will probably be mandatory in future AppStream releases.
