Explain better how to use the Email provider

User research findings

During the usability testing of VPN 0.6.2 (tpo/ux/research#69 (closed)), 2/6 participants wrote a full email to bridges@torproject.org because they did not understand that there would be automated answer.

Other papercuts happened with the Telegram provider, but I'm not reporting them here yet because they might have been caused by a bug in my setup.

Idea

Like we have a separate screen for the Bridge Bot, we could have separate screens to explain better how to use these external providers, at least the Email provider, before moving people to Gmail.
