Display policies and licenses in native views that can be accessed offline
In the designs for Tor VPN there are links to two pages underneath "About Tor VPN" in the Configure menu:
- Privacy policy: #21
- Open source licenses: #327 (closed)
In last week's project meeting, it was suggested that these policies should be bundled with the app so that they can be viewed offline in a native app view. This would allow users to safely access these policies without needing to establish a connection to the Tor network first.

Included in Figma is a proposed mapping of our customized M3 type scale to common HTML elements. The specification for the default M3 type scale can be found documented here:
For Tor VPN, we use the same type scale with different fonts (Space Grotesk and Inter) and in some cases, weights. This version can be found in our customized M3 Design Kit:
Additional padding has been added to the text template to improve the layout. This includes the following padding applied to the main body content:
- 8dp padding above and below the body content.
- A 12dp gap between each section (i.e. before each H2).
And within the sections themselves:
- An 8dp gap between each element.
