Onion location support

One of the user stories describes a feature where a user visits a clearnet site in their browser, but an onion site is available, they should be notified of its existence and be provided a link to the onion site so they can switch over to it.

This is something that is done with Tor Browser now, but this is a different implementation to do in a way on Android for all applications, and we'll need to determine if its even possible both technically, but also from a UX point of view.

This should then provide an automatic redirect to that onion site in future, if the user decides to do that, so one doesn't need to pick each time the site is visited.
