fix flickering in app routing list

• fixes flickering on toggling the switches
• fixes empty icons during fast scrolling
• async loads drawables instead of (calculated) bitmaps, to reduce the required computation to load app icons in the list
• added progress indicator for initial app list loading
• added a disabled state for the app routing switches (closes #68 (closed))
