feat: add broadcast receiver that notices app installations and uninstalls

WIP: add broadcast receiver that notices app installations and uninstalls. Adjust protected app list on installation

This MR is intended to ensure that newly installed apps are automatically protected if the “Protect all apps” switch is activated. It is also intended to clean up the app routing preferences when apps are uninstalled.
