Clean tmx

Scripts to maintain the Translation Memory in weblate.

Also, several TM files I want to archive from transifex, or removed projects in weblate. I have added all this translations to 2 tmx files: tor-browser.tmx and tor-websites.tmx I have deduplicated the entries and removed all entries where the translation was equal to the source string.
