Coordinate Tor session at TNC 2024

I have teamed up with Jessica Schumacher from Switch to submit a session proposal for TNC in June 2024, https://tnc24.geant.org/

"TNC, the largest and most prestigious research and education networking conference, attracts a diverse audience of over 800 participants from more than 70 countries and offers a unique collaborative experience."

This is the venue that several people from European NRENs suggested in terms of how to reach other folks at NRENs who either like Tor or need to learn more about it.
