Grand unified parent ticket for 2025 events

Gus and I are trying this experiment where we organize all of the various 2025 conferences/etc in a unified gitlab ticket. Please edit this ticket body to add new events you know about, or if you don't have gitlab permissions to edit it, add them as a comment and we will integrate them. If your event ticket needs to remain confidential, consider whether we can at least put the event itself on our list. Feel free to mark your comment as 'confidential' if needed.

The goal is to list events where Tor people will be attending, or where it would be great to have Tor people attending. That is, we are not trying to enumerate every event in 2025. :)
