O1.4.3: Monitor bridge health.

We will build continuous communication with bridge operators, sharing updates with them so they can update bridge configurations so they continue to work in target countries as new blocking attempts are deployed by CCP.

This is a recurring issue monitoring bridge health through the 2 years project for Sponsor 96.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
