Create an "education" category on the Tor Forum

With the idea of providing a space for knowledge sharing, about students, professors, doctors and others involved in the educational process with the use of Tor, I would like to suggest a category dedicated to it.

I see, and understand from our last forum discussions (https://forum.torproject.net/t/suggestion-of-creating-an-education-category-in-the-forum/354 and https://forum.torproject.net/t/tor-in-education-discussion/911), that we will work hard to leverage the educational community's participation in Tor, including as a research and classroom tool. And for that, I see the need to dedicate such a space to this topic.

It is a broad subject, but not as broad as the other categories. It has its own topics and segments, such as students, faculty, and research, that need more depth in a dedicated space.
