Merging of the two cdr.link instances into one instance

Currently we have two cdr.link instances - one for our WhatsApp & Signal support channels and the another one for Telegram support channel. In the coming weeks we are going to migrate to one instance which will house all of the three support channels in one place. This ticket is to track the tasks and checks we need to perform before and after the migration happens.
