Onion Services PoW feedback collection

Follow up from #93 (closed):

Report back to the Network Team (via forum post comments and issues).
Update the Support Portal with the questions most asked by users (instead of just including everything from the FAQ, which would increase the number of strings to translate).
Work in sync with adding onion services PoW to the glossary and other parts of the docs.
