Solve the easy errorkind renamings/refactorings from #348

This branch makes most of the agreed-upon changes there, except for those in TorProtocolViolation, RemoteStreamError, and Network, which will get their own tickets.

For the cases where we decided "we should fix this, but later" I've added TODOs.
