Temporarily suppress a false positive from nightly.

Nick Mathewson requested to merge nickm/arti:workaround_589 into main

Nightly rust gives a warning about this "pub use", but the warning is a false positive. Since it doesn't seem to be going away in a hurry, let's suppress it for now.

This is a temporary workaround for #589 (closed).

Yes, I am fully aware that having made this MR guarantees that the bug will be fixed upstream within the next 72 hours. 😬
