gitlab-ci: Pin to nightly-2022-11-11

This is a workaround for #633 (closed).

If it works around #633 (closed), I'll merge it. (I expect something has broken in nightly CI by now, but we can fix that separately.)

Thanks for @trinity-1686a for its detective work in tracking down the right SHA256.
