Shadow ci tweaks

  • Only save pcap files from the bridge client

This reduces the compressed artifacts for the job from ~120 MB to ~20 MB.

  • Use "bare" paths to tor and tgen binaries

This takes advantage of a feature in Shadow 2.3 to locate binaries using the PATH, and allows someone running the test locally to put those binaries wherever they want, as long as that location is on their PATH when they run the script.
