Bridges: PT support

We should be able to support bridges launched through pluggable transports (related to #21 (closed)). This will require figuring out a way to embed some of the pluggable transports inside the onionmasq library, since I don't think we'll be able to exec() them on the Android platform.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
