don't use forked smoltcp, tweak logging

eta requested to merge eta/onionmasq:no-fork-smoltcp into main
  • We were using a dgoulet fork of smoltcp. I don't see why this is necessary, so I changed it back; things still seem to work (?)
  • I also changed onionmasq to use tracing, so we can get log lines out from arti as well.
