cargo: Remove crate local `Cargo.lock`

Clara Engler requested to merge cve/onionmasq:dev/cve/remove-cargo-lock into main

This commit removes onionmasq-device-testing's crate local Cargo.lock in order to use the global one from the repository.

This should hopefully solve the issue emitted by !274 (merged).
